I was told by friends to come here. I am not a person that goes to the salon often so this was very rear treat Got a grabone voucher and I am so glad I did. I cannot RAVE about this place enough. I don’t know what foils are, and had no real idea about what I really wanted. She was able to take from my cues and create something that I am crazy about. I think I have found my new GO TO 4 all BEATY NEEDS Relaxed atmosphere The team are happy and helpful Clean and tidy **thanks team love your work.

Had a great experience here in Saturday, a friend and I got the Keratin Treatment in our hair and lash extensions. Even though they were busy all the ladies employed here made us feel welcomed and comfortable, for me it was the first time getting the Keratin and eyelash extensions thanks to these loving ladies for providing amazing customer service I'll definitely be back 😊

Highly recommend I don’t know much about hair so I was walking in clueless , but with the help from these lovely ladies I walked out with beautiful healthy soft hair & a spectacular haircut x I’m in love with my new hairstyle My eyebrow needed saving so I got a henna brow done it’s safe to say they were saved & brought back to life Comfortable & welcoming environment Thank you ladies x

Excellent and fast communication! Got a reply back within 10 mins lol, very welcoming and friendly! Great service, loved my nails, lashes and eye brows all done for a reasonable price too.. The girls who worked on me were so open and easy to talk too was even offered tea & coffee! Will definitely be back again! Thank you again

I generally don't write reviews anywhere but oh man, I have to say it, I am honestly speaking Guys go and check their salon as they have all in one services. It's big, clean, tidy warm and very well organised salon. I booked last minute appointment for just Keratin hair treatment. the communication is excellent. Dee (Darshita) is very welcoming and passionate about what she does. I ended up having keratin, hair cut, Eyelashes, brow henna, Nails and bought some high end professional shampoo conditioner. I must say I am truly satisfied with the services I received and very glad that I made a booking with you guys. My hair is nice and smooth and feels luxurious. Overall I am more than satisfied with their services and honestly recommending it to all my friends and family. thank you for having me.

I purchased a cloud9 straightener from Kess Hair in Otahuhu. Dee was so lovely to deal with, explained everything well and the service was very fast/efficient. Price was also cheaper than other stores I have been to which was another bonus. Would definitely recommend.
